The Bowerbird Method™

Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

This Refund Policy applies to the digital products published by Cyber PR Pty Ltd (ACN 664 009 143) (“Cyber PR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) under The Bowerbird Method, including the Playbook and the Complete Implementation System (the “Products”). It should be read together with our

Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement.

1. Digital products are generally non-refundable

Our Products are downloadable digital materials, and access is delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive immediate access to the full Product, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. This position is shown to you before checkout, and by completing your purchase you acknowledge it.

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law. Where a guarantee applies and we have failed to meet it, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund, repair or replacement, depending on whether the failure is major or minor.

3. When we will provide a refund

We will provide a refund, or another appropriate remedy, where:

  • the files supplied are materially defective, corrupted, or do not function as described;

  • you are unable to access or download the Product due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;

  • you have been charged in error, for example a duplicate charge for the same Product; or

  • a refund is otherwise required by law.

4. When we will not provide a refund

Outside the circumstances in clause 3, and to the extent permitted by law, we do not provide refunds:

  • simply because you have changed your mind after purchase;

  • because you did not read the Product description, FAQ or these terms before buying;

  • because you did not achieve a particular result — the Products are educational and planning materials, and outcomes depend on your own inputs, decisions, evidence, implementation and market conditions; or

  • because you no longer require the Product after gaining access to it.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a problem with a Product, contact us at hello@cyberpr.com.au within a reasonable time of your purchase. Please include your order or receipt number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue, with screenshots where relevant. This helps us resolve access or file problems quickly, often without the need for a refund at all.

6. How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method through the platform used to process your purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on that platform and your payment provider. Refunds processed through our storefront or payment provider are subject to that provider’s own processing terms and timeframes.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may delay resolution, and may result in suspension of access to the affected Product while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updated versions will be posted on this website.
