Yes. The licence permits a purchaser to use, copy and adapt the materials for their own learning and for internal communications work within an organisation they own, operate, study in, volunteer for or are directly employed by, with reasonable internal sharing among colleagues working on the same organisation’s communications.

Yes. A small agency of fewer than fifteen people may use the Method to deliver communications work to its own clients. What no one may do is resell, redistribute, repackage, sublicense or present the Method as another entity’s proprietary system. Commercial consulting, agency, software, course or platform use of the Method as a product requires written permission from Cyber PR Pty Ltd.
